Our Team
EnviroPaint employees have a customer-first attitude and take true pride in doing their part to make facilities safer and more efficient. Our Critical Team Members have extensive hours of painting experience and are highly trained in precision painting. Our Critical Team Leaders help plan projects before they begin and provide ongoing advice and consulting throughout and after the project. Our Owner
As the owner and operator of EnvrioPaint, Randy McRoberts has over 20 years of hands-on painting experience. He learned the craft of working hard and working smart from his father who has owned and operated a successful painting company in Arizona for 45 years. Before embarking on a career in specialty painting, Randy served our country in the US Army’s 3rd infantry division. He did a 13-month tour in Iraq, where he became a true expert in time management and high-pressure situations.
After serving the United States of America for four years in the Army, Randy owned and operated a successful local painting company before joining his brother to help build one of Arizona’s largest painting companies. After 13 years of critical environment painting experience, Randy knew what critical facilities needed and built EnvrioPaint to specially meet those needs.
When Randy is not at EnvrioPaint, he’s spending his time with his family. He’s a loving husband and dedicated father to six kids. He enjoys teaching his family about the outdoors and relishes in the time he gets to spend coaching his boys in baseball and football.
